Deposit

​

A 20% non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours after booking is approved to reserve date and time of session. The date and time that is approved will be held within that 24 hours. Failure to pay deposit within that time frame will result in losing desired time and date of session and will require you to redo the booking process if you still wish to book.

Late Policy 

​

There is a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, you will be charged a $50 late fee (if there is no prior approval). After 30 minutes, your session will be cancelled. The non-refundable deposit ensures that you are able to reschedule your sessions. (limited to 1 reschedule)

 

Last Minute Booking

​

Booking within 7 days of requested session date and time will require an additional $100 charge.

Holiday Booking

​

Booking a session on the day of a holiday or the day a holiday is observed is an additional $100 charge.

Retouched Photos

​

Raw images will be sent within 24 -72 hours after the photoshoot is complete watermark. After photos are received, you will have 48 hours to review and choose the images you want to be retouched (the number of retouched photos is specified in the package details). Final edits will be sent 3-5 business days after they are chosen.

Images Without Watermark

​

There is a $75 fee to receive all images without the watermark.

Additional Retouched Photos

​

Additional retouched images are $10 each.

Cancellation Policy

 

If the session is canceled at least 24 hours before the session, the non-refundable deposit ensures that you can reschedule your session with a waived deposit. If the session is cancelled within 24 hours of you appointment or there is a no show, your deposit will be lost. If you would like to reschedule your session after that, you must go through the regular scheduling process to do so.

 

Overtime Policy

 

There is a 10 minutes grace period. Every 30 minutes over the time booked is an additional $50 fee added on to the total amount owed. Extra time is not guaranteed, so if the time extension is denied, the session will only last as long as the original session that was booked. 

(A minute over the 10 minute grace period is an additional $50, every 30 minutes after booked time is an additional $50.)

Travel Policy

​

Each photoshoot has travel distance specified in the details section for both in studio and on location photoshoots. If you wish to have your photoshoot at a location that is outside of the specified travel distance, you must add that in the "" section when booking. This request can be accepted or denied (may incur a "traveling fee" if accepted), and you will be notified of which when we respond to your booking request.
