Cancellation Policy

If the session is canceled at least 24 hours before the session, the non-refundable deposit ensures that you can reschedule your session with a waved deposit. If the session is cancelled within 24 hours of you appointment or there is a no show, your deposit will be lost. If you would like to reschedule your session after that, you must go through the regular scheduling process to do so.
